Winery Albrecht Schwegler Infinity Grande Cuvée 2019
Cassis, blackberry and tobacco on the nose. Cranberry flavour discreetly framed by the use of wood. Immediately dark, juicy cherries paired with salted liquorice on the palate. The alcohol is very well integrated. Tightly woven with a long finish. The fine acidity carries the wine through to the harmonious, slightly smoky and never boring finish. Pese cooks with it: Braised veal cheeks, beef goulash or a medium-rare entrecôte
