The "Giusto di Notri? is the measure of all things when it comes to Italian wines that are characterized by a typical Bordeaux Médoc cuvée. This means: lots of Cabernet Sauvignon with a little Merlot and Cabernet Franc, matured for a year and a half in French barriques. . The deep ruby red wine is powerful, fruity and of noble generosity. At the same time, it is elegant and fresh. It has an intense aroma of blackcurrants, cherries, blueberries and sloes. There is also leather, tobacco, laurel and the best wood. The wine coats the entire palate, already offering perfectly integrated tannins and a ripe but lively acidity, whose freshness is underlined by a clear minerality and notes of mint and graphite.
